Constructed by Big-D Signature, The Barn at Victory Ranch stands as an impressive 24,000-square-foot clubhouse complex near Park City, Utah. This architectural masterpiece comprises two distinct buildings crafted with structural steel and adorned with distinctive North Carolinian reclaimed barn wood. The Barn features two complementary structures designed to enhance the resident experience. The Family Barn serves as the recreational heart of the community, housing a pizzeria, ice cream shop, general store, indoor sports court, game room, and arts & crafts studio. Meanwhile, The Wellness Barn & Spa offers a sanctuary for relaxation and rejuvenation, complete with a state-of-the-art fitness center, refreshing juice bar, and a luxurious spa featuring comprehensive treatment options and a serene zen pool lounge.
Outdoor amenities further elevate this exceptional facility, including a 75-foot swimming pool with hot tub and water slide, set within a landscape of tranquil streams and ponds. The grounds also feature a spacious great lawn, bocce ball court, tennis and pickleball courts, and a paddle tennis pavilion. Following the completion of the interior spaces in 2017 (Phase 1), Big-D Signature returned in 2018 to complete the outdoor recreational features. The Barn serves as the social and wellness hub of the prestigious Victory Ranch community—a 6,250-acre private luxury development nestled along a protected four-mile stretch of the Upper Provo River.
