He holds a Bachelor of Science in Construction Management and a Minor in Business Management from BYU, which have been crucial to his success in completing iconic projects.
As Vice President, Ryan oversees all operations and projects for the Park City office, driving growth and ensuring exceptional results for clients. His collaborative approach and deep understanding of client needs have earned him respect and trust, making him a key leader in the company&#8217;s mission to create exceptional spaces and experiences. When he&#8217;s not in the office or on-site, you can find him on the ski slopes!

Shandon Brinkerhoff has been in the construction industry since 2003. Shandon has always loved working with his hands, so construction was a natural career choice. His eye for detail and desire to surpass client expectations drives him to success. To Shandon, the most rewarding part about a project is working with his team to provide a seamless, transparent building experience for owners. He thrives on delivering a final product that blows initial expectations out of the water. He also appreciates the comradery and lifelong friendships that are part of the construction management process.
Shandon joined Big-D Signature in 2012 to lead the project team as Regional Manager and Project Director. He is responsible for developing and refining Signature&#8217;s processes and maintaining excellent relationships with existing, future, and past customers. His ability to make everyone around him feel like an MVP is rare. Shandon&#8217;s leadership and positive outlook are monumental to the success of the Big-D Jackson office.

Dovetail Construction is owned by childhood friends Tim Rote and Kevin Sullivan, and aided by their internal team of skilled carpenters, subcontractors, and network of architects and engineers. The two east coast natives realized their longtime dream to become custom homebuilders in 2005 after years of working with large construction companies in Seattle and New York, and both moved to southwest Montana, founding Dovetail Construction.
Dovetail has built numerous private residences and spearheaded several light commercial projects in and around southwest Montana. Big-D and Dovetail’s connection began years ago, when Mike Kerby (now President of Big-D Signature) and Dovetail’s Tim Rote worked together on a large construction project in Hawaii, developing a friendship that has lasted over the years.
