About This Project

Storied Deer Valley, LLC, also known as Storied Development, continues its growth in Park City by acquiring and transforming the historic 5,422-sf Coal & Lumber building into the newest Talisker Club gathering space. Preserving its iconic history, the reimagined building features Courchevel Bistro, a fine dining restaurant serving French-European cuisine, alongside a coffee shop and wine bar on the upper level. The lower level houses a members-only Après Ski Lounge with a bar, lounge, ski storage, and a remodeled patio with radiant heaters for year-round use. Located within walking distance of Main Street, this addition complements Talisker Club’s exclusive amenities, solidifying Storied’s legacy as a leader in developing private club communities.
