About This Project

We constructed a wood-framed core and shell development featuring 11 multi-family residential units in Park City, Utah. Each two-story unit includes an attached garage and upper-level deck with ski resort views.
Units were delivered in warm shell condition with all utilities roughed-in, providing owners the flexibility to customize their interior buildout. Conveniently located at the Highway 189 and Highway 248 junction, this live-work-play development offers versatile spaces designed for working, living, and recreation.
