About This Project

The Wells Fargo Jackson Town Square project is the first ground up project built on the Jackson Town Square in nearly 20 years. Located near Jackson’s iconic elk antler arches in the historic Town Square, this is a project in a prominent location where 2.6 million people visit each year.

The exterior of the bank is clad in Lyons Sandstone with precast panels and an exposed steel canopy. A new wider boardwalk wraps around the bank and provides an excellent location for summertime viewing of the nightly Jackson Town Square Shootout. The roof is designed with an outdoor patio deck for a future restaurant on the adjacent property.
