About This Project

The Sagebrush Apartments in Jackson Hole, WY, is a 90-unit long-term rental and workforce housing complex featuring efficiently designed studio, one-, and two-bedroom units ranging from 400 to 800 square feet. The exterior combines rustic stone, wood veneers, and Hardie® siding. Residents enjoy a wide array of amenities, including a common lounge, basement storage, bike and ski maintenance shop, fitness center, business center, outdoor gathering space with a firepit overlooking Flat Creek, onsite parking, and access to Karns Meadow. Despite challenges like owner-initiated design changes to the stone veneer, the team collaborated effectively with subcontractors to deliver a functional, high-quality property.
