This exquisite project required a 7,050 square-foot addition to the property, as well as a remodel and renovation of the existing 16,500 square-foot clubhouse.
The goal was to transform the clubhouse into a state-of-the-art “mountain contemporary” facility. The renovation reconfigured the main floor to showcase panoramic mountain views and to provide a seamless indoor/outdoor dining experience for members and their guests. The locker rooms were also upgraded with improved lounge areas and luxurious amenities. The onsite golf shop now has breathtaking 180-degree views of the neighboring Wasatch Mountains.
A Local Treasure
Completed in the mid-90s, the Park Meadows Country Club has welcomed golfers from around the world. The clubhouse and golf course are nestled in the exclusive Park Meadows neighborhood, located just minutes from historic Park City Main Street. Park Meadows is home to the renowned Jack Nicklaus signature golf course, which has hosted 10 PGA Senior Tour events. Park Meadows has been a private, member-owned club since 2002.
