As Park City’s first on-mountain development in over 40 years, King’s Crown represents a landmark achievement by Big-D Signature. This exclusive ski-in, ski-out community nestled at the base of Park City Mountain Resort combines luxury living with unparalleled mountain access. Big-D Signature has meticulously constructed four condominium buildings, seven high-end townhomes, the signature King’s Crown Tower, Ski Lounge, and numerous private residences. Each four-story townhome spans over 4,000 square feet, featuring premium finishes, roof decks, game rooms, and two-car garages.
The six-stage construction process overcame significant challenges, including limited site access and the removal of 120,000 cubic yards of rock and dirt. Our team installed 1,180 linear feet of soil nail walls for retention and integrated new utility systems throughout the mountain. Positioned on the last ski-in/ski-out developable parcel in Park City, just off Lowell Avenue adjacent to the Marriott Mountainside, King’s Crown offers residents exclusive amenities.
