This store was originally intended to act as a temporary pop-up for Kemo Sabe, a western-style clothing retailer. After Park City responded well to the pop-up, the client decided to do a full buildout remodel of the store. The store has a sales floor, hat swagger area, back of house and storage space, break room, conference room, and a speak easy bar. The sales floor, speak easy, and hat swagger feature rustic finishes, including reclaimed barn wood, corrugated medal, and brick wall finishes on the sales floor. The client was very pleased with the result of the tenant improvement.
